Foster Home Requirements:

Must live in the Chicagoland area.

Every adult in your household must give consent on fostering.

ALL dogs in home must be up to date on DHPP & Rabies Vaccines, and ALL dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered.

Must have any approval by either a Landlord or Association.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must go through foster approval process by TNT.

Must be willing to make executive decisions on placing foster dog in his or her forever home (More details in our Foster Packet that you will receive before your first foster).
Foster Application Process:

Fill out our foster application here.

We will contact you to schedule a personal interview & will contact your vet for a reference.

Once the above is completed, well email you our foster waiver and packet to read, sign, and send back.

You are ready to foster for TNT!
Our foster program provides all the essentials you will need for your foster dog, including: All approved Vet and medical care by our approved vets, a crate (if needed), leash, collar & food.
